 Love’s Dance.

You came to me in silence stealing shadows with your dance,

You make sweet configurations lending promise of romance,

I feel your hair upon my face and as our bodies brush,

Your eyes convey an impish smile your cheeks an angels blush,

Your taunting lips inviting me to come and taste the wine,

For this is Kismet beckoning offering nectar so divine,

We dance on clouds of velvet without a trace of time,

Your eyes of flaming sapphires giving chemistry to mine,

In rising tempo with the dance our bodies move as one,

We sway and spin we’re lost within all inhibitions gone,

Your kiss an aphrodisiac which sets my soul on fire,

With flames of heightening passion in our tango of desire,

Your lithesome sylphlike body contorting to the strains,

Of some enchanted orchestration of mistrals strings and rain,

In ecstasy the night drifts on this sensual dance unending,

Euphoria in excellence this love two bodies blending,

Repeatedly as love flows free this passion we endorse,

Our dance of volatility, of tenderness, of force,

Insufferable exhaustion from passions dance we break,

Oblivious to time and space deep draughts of sleep we take,

Two hearts two souls two bodies all outwardly entwined,

Now resting from their dance of love all troubles far behind,

Cascades of diamonds from the skies I reach to touch your hair,

To softly kiss your sleeping eyes for love that we have shared,

Dawn’s early mist is breaking perchance to cloud this scene,

Your perfumed pillows cannot lie, you came to me …. In dream.
