Born and trained in Mexico,
Ana has studied at the National School of Painting & Sculpture “La
Esmeralda”, she has participated in Workshops
of Drawing at the University Iberoamericana and studied
under Jorge Herrera and Jose Luis Cuevas. Ana has had
5 Individual and 13 Collective Exhibits in Mexico City
as well as exhibiting in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale,
Florida.
Ana moved to Toronto in 1999 and in her words “Art
is a constant search; it is a space in which I look
for new forms and contents to express myself and bring
my imagination to a visible world”.
